Fitness Suite
Train hard and find your pulse. Two floors of state-of-the-art kit with large functional fitness training zone, sled track, BOX12 pod, cardio and stretch area plus a dedicated space for EGYM. Our fitness team are always ready to keep you on track.
Pool & Hydrotherapy
With two pools for swimming, lessons and aqua activities, there’s something for everyone. Our main 25-metre pool suits all abilities, while our warm hydrotherapy pool offers a calm, supportive space for disability sessions, learning, rehab and family swims.
