Tracy is such a good personal trainer. She is so polite, friendly and down to earth. She always asks what you want to work on during a session, and makes sure you are comfortable with what you are doing. She takes on board all of the exercises you cant do, and does alternatives so you don’t miss out on exercising certain muscle groups. I would 100% recommend Tracey to anyone who is looking for a PT, no matter of your goals.

I trained with Lee for a year and he was brilliant (the only reason I stopped is that we left the area). Lee listened to what I wanted to achieve and tailored the sessions to exercises that would help me tone up. He kept it interesting by mixing things up so no two sessions ever felt the same. I learnt loads from Lee about my body and why certain movements are better than others depending on your goals. Lee made me feel really comfortable and we always had a great laugh too.
