As a Pilates teacher for more than a decade, my focus is on creating optimal balance and functionality in the body. I can help you become flexible, toned and pain-free – with a practice that will keep you that way.
Blending Pilates with weight training, yoga and mobility work, you’ll learn posture and alignment techniques that translate into other fitness activities – and into daily movement. As well as the larger, surface muscles that create tone, I help you strengthen your core and the smaller, supporting muscles which create healthier, happier joints and increased range of movement. I enjoy working with people of all ages and at all levels of fitness: it’s never too late to take control of your health.
Your fitness journey should continue to challenge you, but I’ll help make it a pleasure, not a chore: something that will give you the energy, confidence and resilience to make the most of your life.
