Since I could walk, I have always been involved in sports: swimming, football, tennis and rugby. Rugby being my sport of choice. I was lucky enough to earn a sport scholarship in secondary school for Rugby.

This is where I learnt the benefits of consistent training plans in helping me achieve my goals and increase my performance. The gym quickly became an environment where I realised with hard work and dedication, anything was possible. It made me feel more confident in my own skin and in my ability to achieve. If you are willing to put in the work, stay consistent, and find the joy in exercise, whether for mental/physical health, self-confidence or performance, the results and benefits are worth the effort and sacrifice.
