The GP Exercise Referral Scheme supports adults who are inactive or living with long-term health conditions to safely increase their physical activity.
Delivered through the Everyone Health Southwark Healthy Lifestyle Hub, the 12-week programme provides:

Support to become more active
Access to a reduced leisure centre membership
